Location.
Parking was an absolute night-mare, mostly double parking and being blocked in, so you have to leave your keys with reception so they can move it. If disabled don't request rooms in the Court Yard, this is located across a main road from the Hotel. Court yard rooms; don't stay in room 24 the window opens right onto the main road it's extremely noisy.

Restaurant and bar need an update. Bar needs some art/pictures on the walls as very bland and unwelcoming t spoons/stirers needed in the room Some of waiting staff need to make more eye contact as Yes! We might want something- as we pay their wages this is to be expected. Gentleman behind the bar and in s=dining room very helpful and kind.
